BODY WELL™: Transform Your Body, Mind, and Spirit

Body Well™ is a results-based, mom-only program designed to help you grow beyond what you thought was possible. This 8-week journey blends fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of your wellness—inside and out.

Each session combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you build lasting healthy habits. With the support of your coach and your FIT4MOM sisterhood, you’ll rediscover your power and prioritize you.

💪What’s Included

2 HIIT workouts per week — Saturdays at 7:30 AM & Thursdays at 7:30 PM • Personalized nutrition and wellness coachingPrivate virtual group for daily inspiration, support, and accountability • 1-on-1 coach check-ins to tailor your plan and overcome challenges • Goal setting, habit tracking, and progress assessments

Kickoff Retreat: Sunday, January 11 | 9 AM – 2 PM (Only $30 extra—$165 value!)

Program Runs: Monday, January 12 – Sunday, March 8 Mid-Session Meetups: Bi-weekly in-person gatherings following workouts Final Class & Celebration: Sunday, March 8
