Join Katie for The Eras Session and embrace the journey of motherhood with self-care at the forefront. Let's make this era YOUR era of thriving!

Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This mom-only program includes group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

Included in the session is a private Facebook messaging and online group to connect between workouts and participate in fun, weekly challenges (with prizes!) focused on self-care and wellness.

Program Highlights:

-Learn about mindful eating, balanced nutrition, and sustainable habits

-Receive one-on-one coaching sessions for personalized advice, goal setting, and continuous support during the program

-Engage with a supportive community during face-to-face checks ins held in-person and virtually, as well as daily connection in our private virtual group

-These sessions foster accountability and create a sense of camaraderie

Saturday mornings 7:30am-8:30am on 5/4/2024, 5/11/2024, 5/18/2024, 6/1/2024

Wednesday evening 7:30pm-8:30pm on 5/22/2024
