Body Boost: High Intensity Interval Training
Body Boost is interval training designed to challenge and energize you. We will empower you with a variety of intensity levels and you will feel unstoppable! A combination of cardio, strength training, core work, and meditation will leave you feeling refreshed and recharged.
Included in the session is a private messaging group to connect between workouts and participate in fun, weekly challenges focused on self-care, keeping your stress levels in check, and your workouts consistent.
Classes are held in 8-week session with now two different options!
